  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat eggs for the egg wash.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear each chicken breast until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  5. Transfer seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/75°C).
  6. For the sauce, melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
