- 2 cups Napa cabbage, chopped

- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Tortillas or pancakes for serving
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients by chopping them into uniform pieces.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
- Push the chicken aside and add beaten eggs; scramble until just set.
