  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, rinsed
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into one-inch meatballs.
