Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Mix in softened cream cheese until smooth, then add the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Gradually incorporate this mixture into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in half of the salted caramel sauce into the dough.
