- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter

- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
