  • 1/4 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chili garlic paste (like Sriracha)
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cover eggs with cold water in a pot, bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and let sit for 12 minutes. Cool in ice water.
  2. Gently tap each egg until cracked, then peel under running water.
  3. Slice eggs in half and scoop yolks into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, chili paste, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Transfer filling into a piping bag and fill each egg white half.
  5. Top with chopped green onions and optional chili flakes.
