  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
  3. Mix in garlic powder and onion powder, then stir in milk until the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper; add shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer biscuit pieces on the bottom, pour half of the gravy over them, followed by the egg mixture, then top with remaining gravy.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
